No the car has not been sold. This POS tries to sell me a car that is salvage title and has an APR chip. THat is all it has, a APR ECU chip. He told me it had the fender replaced. LOL THank God for Carfax. Anyways im out $300 that i sent him, just to let him know i was a serious buyer. I have his address and Telephone #s if anyone wants them. He is in Rock Hill, SC. Any tips on how to get the $300 back from this low life. It was sent through paypal.

if you used paypal file a dispute it helped me when this kind of thing happened!

 

I did. After the 10 days paypal gave him to respond, they awarded it in my favor, but there wasntany funds in his paypal account, so they pretty much said sorry thanks for using paypal.

 

Every paypal account is wired directly to a bank account so it shouldn't stop at just paypal. Unless the bank account tie was severed.
