Thats a lot of miles...90K service been done? Timing belt etc....?
Would you be interested in trading for a 3000GT VR4? + Some cash? Here are some details about the car:
1993 3000GT VR4 with '99 front end conversion ($3000)
6000K HID Conversion ($220)
Seibon CF Hood ($650)
Greddy S BOV
IPS Hotwired Denso Fuel pump
1 Piece APCT CF Drive Shaft ($1100)
Cianci A Pillar triple Gauge pod w/ ProSport boost, Oil Pressure, A/F Ratio gauges ($350)
Custom Black Leather/Suede Seats ($700)
Custom black carpet, suede headliner ($400)
Custom leather door panel "3000GT VR4" stitching
Custom Smokin' VR4 quadruple 8" sub box (fits in trunk) with 4 brand new Polk Momo subs ($650)
'99 Rear garnish
Deft Racing VLS (vertical door lift system) ($1700)
18x9 Saleen Chrome wheels ($650)
Tein S-Tech lowering springs with new ECS Struts all around ($700)
Rear Adj. Control arms
OBX Downpipe to Borla Exhaust ($1100)
This is about $11,000 in mods alone and doesn't include minor things like window tint (20% all around minus windshield), new headunit, new speakers all around, other polished parts (in the engine, 'Smokin VR4') etc... The car has just hit 164,000 miles and is running great. I am the third owner. It has never been smoked in, no pets, and as far as the new interior goes, never been eaten/drank in. The interior was done roughly 2 years ago (about 12,000 miles). When I bought the car, the 120K service was immediately done, along with a minor engine rebuild (took it apart, new headgaskets, seals, etc...) as a precautionary measure. Turbos were also rebuilt and cleaned (these both occurred at 127,000). They burn no oil, nor have any shaft play. There are also no rear seats.
The 1993 model is one of the best years for the 3000GT VR4's as they have the stronger 4 bolt main, and all the amenities such as Electronically Controlled Suspension, All Wheel Steering, Active Aero Wing, and the removable sunroof.
This car has been babied all its life and anyone can tell you, I drive like an old man. I just gave her an oil change, rotated/balanced the tires, had an alignment done and everything checks out fine.
The few blemishes on the car are as such: there is a dent in the rear quarter panel, driver side. There is a decent scratch on the rear bumper (driver's side as well) and a smaller scratch on the wing. There has been a bra on the front end so there are little to no rock chips/scratches on the front bumper or hood. All paint is orginal minus the front bumper (which was painted during the conversion). It is also running rich due to a crack in the front header. While it doesn't affect driving, it does get slightly worse gas mileage (averages 17mpg per tank with 40% city, 60% hwy). This could be fixed by replacing the headers (about $200 in parts, another couple hundred in labor if you cannot do it yourself). I can have this done before the sale/trade but the buyer would be responsible for the cost.
Asking price: $14,999.

V8 S4's do not have timing belts but rather chains and do not require a replacement at 80k, 90k etc. Pardon my ignorance..but trading my 05 Audi S4 for that cheese wagon 3000 GT-VR4 seems crazy. I owned that unreliable car in the early 90's.

I appreciate your clear and concise comments, as well as the knowledge about the "timing chain". Most of all, I appreciate your being a gentlemen in rejecting my offer, and insulting my car. Good luck with your sale.
