I am the owner of an 1987 Audi GT Coupe that has under 90K miles on it. The car was handed down through family as a gift and had a decent amount of maintenance done on it before I got the keys. I'm a college student and I am contemplating on selling this vehicle, only I am somewhat clueless on the value of this car. Everything functions normally besides the AC, which probably just needs freon. The body paint has minor niks and dings but nothing significant. I love the drive and feel of this car, but could really use some cash. Any vintage Audi pros out there have any idea what this car may be worth? Thanks.

 

I have an 86 Coupe GT Special Edition with 155,000 mi. It's been modified nicely for the track, where I thoroughly love to drive it. Love the car, but my son dinged the front end, so I'm looking at buying another with lower miles (and less rust) cuz almost any repair costs more than the car is worth (they go from$500 to $2000 depending on miles and condition). I'm considering an 84 right now to convert to a track car - but do you have any pix, and where are you?
