My transmission was having issues upshifting.
On the way to the local independent, something let loose.
Transmission is toast.

I love my A6, and I still get compliments on it.
I'm was actually debating putting a new tranny into this, but probably not.

Anyway, I just wanted to post this here and get some opinions.
Any ideas what a car like this would fetch without a tranmission?

I think someone with access to the right parts and some elbow
grease could have themselves a really nice vehicle on the cheap.

What do you think I'd get from a salvage yard?

The car is near Raleigh, NC.
