I'm selling/breaking my A6 Quattro Sport!
In a nutshell, the engine needs replacing due to the auxillary belt slipping and knocking out the sync on the timing belt/chain (forgive my lack of engine knowledge, I'm no mechanic!). So I'm basically going off what the garage said.
Spec-wise, it's got the 180 bhp 2.5 V6 TDI engine, and it CAN be fixed (for those mechanically-minded people out there who can get the parts and possibly do the work themselves to save on labout costs....???)
It's a Quattro Sport with full cream leather interior, BOSE sound system, sat-nav/tv, 6spd manual gearbox, dual climate control etc.
I bought it 18 months ago for £4000, with a full service history (mostly Audi) and I had it serviced and inspected upon purchase. I've still got all the receipts etc.
