I have recently been given a business opportunity, and so my M is now up for sale. It saddens me to do this, but and now excited about purchasing an 01 S4!

-2003 January build date.
-Carbon Black on black leather.
-35,000 miles (>1,000 miles/month)
-Every option minus: Nav, PDC, BMW Assist
-unmodded aside for cosmetics.
-Clutch was replaced about 6,000 miles ago due to faulty clutch.
-Clean title
-Comes with Lowjack
-Top of the line car cover
-Painted reflectors, key-hole delete, painted plate frame, clear bulbs all around, smoked corners.

I am very **** when it comes to my car. It gets hand cleaned every week by myself with a layer of quick detailer to follow. In the 10 months of owning it, I have done a full detail (clay, polish, wax) twice. She looks as good as the day she was driven off the floor.

I am the second owner, and bought the car at 24,000 miles. All the wheels have some curb rash, and the driver side rear seat as two small indentions from the previous owners baby seat. Other then that, the car is prestine.

KBB is saying 38K for my car. I figure with the other stuff I am throwing in, that that price seems fair. I will also throw in a full oil change (7 quarts of oil and filter) which is about a $100 value.

ncie looking car... bit of advice. it may be just me, but i dont think you actually said the price your looking for. you said kbb is asking for 38k..with the stuff your throwing in it seems fair. So is it 38?

Thank you so much for pointing that out. Yes, I am asking 38K for the vehicle with everything else that was mentioned. The warranty on the car is good until the end of the year, or 50,000 miles. I'm also open to "reasonable" offers, but as it stands I feel like it is very fair, considering the condition and the mileage.

EDIT: Beautiful S4. A very sought after combo indeed. I'm strongly considering either getting a late model B5 S4, or an B6 A4. The more I think about it though, it sounds more like the B6, as I will need to be doing some traveling and putting some miles on the new car (the reason for selling the M)
