Would consider an 02-04 S4, 4.2 Quattro in either blue or white if I can be picky, no silver, little to no mods. I have cash on my end depending on mileage.

01.5 Silver 6 Speed MT S4 Cold weather package, black leather interior located in Ohio though...super fast and fun 170k miles. GIAC Chipped, THOUSANDS in new parts (rear springs $500, Front rotors, rear rotors, new pads all around $800, Wheel bearings $600, Timing Belt $1200, Good Year Eagle F1 Ultra High Performance All Seasons $800). More new parts I am sure I am forgetting (new coolant reservoir, hoses, other misc. parts). I am the second owner, bought at 116k from an attorney up in Michigan. Mobil 1 Synth every 5k miles. Not a show car but in very good condition. Let me know if you have any interest.

 

I'd look at some pics but your car has about 60k more than I am looking for. There's an 01 S4 w/ 120k and a front mount near me for $6900 that I haven't gone to look at because I wanted less miles.
