Yes, I am in central Houston. But I have sold previous cars to out-of-state buyers. I sold a 2003 VW Jetta in 2004 or 05 to a family in Arkansas. Theyflew their son down to check out the car, do the deal, and drive it back. If someone is legitimately out-of-state I am willing to work with you on shipping/pickup expenses (within reason).
