First off, it has a new transmission with only 50,000 on it.

oil is changed every 3000 miles with mobile one synthetic

new timing belt tensioner
new water pump
new thermostat
new coolant temp sensor
new valve cover gaskets
new upper oil pan gasket
new lower oil pan gasket
new throttle body to intake gasket

new air filter (not K&N!)
new cabin air filter
cooling system flush (with g-05)
fresh A/C charge (doesnt leak but it was alittle low)
new valve stems in rims(old ones were leaky)

the good
the car is a runner! and it looks good to! It is really solid no rust on the body.
the interior is almost perfect, i would rate it a 9/10
the engine bay is clean
all the maintnence has been taken care of(it went from sounding like a deisel engine to sounding like a new honda with all the work preformed!)
has a beautiful stance with the wheel set up and springs
the bad
the rear bumper has some paint chipped off (it is black underneath but you can tell the paint is missing if you get close...i will take a pic to show you..)
It needs a new ABS control module(it is currently unplugged so the car has no abs....i have been driving it like this for about 5 months now...no big deal but the lights are on in the dash)
The rear deck speakers are missing
the person before me installed a symphony II HU out of an 06(it has a few gliches like you have to manually turn it on and off and it has no back lighting in the dark)
the display on the climate control is blank but the climate control works fine
the rims have curbrash
its missing the lower bumper grilles (where the fogs go...not to noticable..they were stolen!)
i am telling you everything...some of the listed stuff isnt even noticable i just want to put it all on the table.
$5000 and i need to sell quick!!!!!!!!(im buying a house in a week!) im in dayton ohio. in the pics, the car has morning doo(sp?) so the dull spots are not in the paint!

I see that alot of the timing belt compnents were replaced, did it snap or was this preventative maintenance? My friend's audi snapped the timing belt and it bent about 5 valves and wasn't a very cheap fix. I just need to make sure it will be a reliable dd.

when i bought the car it had no record of a past timing belt job. I refused to drive the car but about a mile a week because i am over cautious and didnt want it to snap hearing all off the horror stories on the forums. so after about a month i planned a huge maintnence weekend where i put almost all the parts that i have listed above as new in the car. no worries....just maintnence, this car is a great daily driver and never left me stranded. thanks
