2004 Audi A4 3.0 Ultra Sport. Should I get it?

Which is close to KBB's value to the car. Oh I should mention it's an automatic and is quattro.Is that a good deal or should I offer lower?

deltactu- I am looking for the same car but only with 40,000 miles or lower and a manual transmission. If i can find one then i would be willing to pay around $22k for it. Since this car is automatic and has 65000 miles, I would say this is a pretty good deal but i would try and offer him $19K first.
