Bought a 2002 Allroad , seems originally fitted with 3rd seat but it has been lost. Any used ones available?

I have a black 3rd seat that we have outgrown I used in my 1999 A6 wagon. I think they are interchangeable. Im cant remember the year in which they changed.

 

I have an unused third row seat for my 2003 S6. Black. Comes with a black storage bag.
Don't know if it fits Allroad or A6...but the 2002 S6 is identical to the 2003.
Glad to sell it for $ 250 plus boxing and shipping from LA.
