I'm looking for an Audi S4 , from 1999 - 2004.

Otherwise you could check out the classified adds on several audi club websites around the net and your area.

You may consider also dealership browsing, if you got someone to go with ya its usually not that bad. When you go though make sure they know you are serious, otherwise they usually blow people off specially ones my age, which really pisses me off. Also don't be satisfied with only what they have on their lot, also ask them to check the warehouse and other affiliated stores.
In the quality / price department. Its kind of a toss up. You know what you are getting a name and some piece of mind buying from a dealership, but they usually charge an arm and a leg for it. While if you go private seller, you will either get a gem or a piece of slag. Good luck!
P.S. options like a radio and CD player are for pussies. The only music you need is the crescendo of your engine and turbos.
