I'm picking up my 06 A6 tomorrow and need a DVD for the Nav system and a Sirius Module for the sat radio. I'm already having to spend close to $250 for a new key FOB bc the car only comes with one so I don't have a lot left over to get these other items. If someone has an 07 or newer Nav DVD for less than $100, please get in touch with me. Same for a Sirius Module (PN: 8E0-035-593D) for less than $200. I've seen the Sirius module sold in other forums for around a hundred, but of course it was a while back.
