Basically i'm looking for for an A4 1.8T quattro with less then 120k miles and less then $5,000 and I prefer manual. Also I am willing to trade a 1997 BMW 328is with 127k miles (ask for detail) and I want a FAIR trade. I know how much cars are worth and I am not stupid or desperate. I'm in Lancaster, PA.

 

ill trade you but my car needs the lifters replaced. i was gonna do that in november.

98 1.8t maroon, 5 speed.

 

How much do lifters cost to replace? and what is the mileage? Also is it the Quattro or just FWD?

 

quattro, with 101k. im gettin all the parts to do the lifters for 550 and my friends a mechanic who was gonna do it. but wasnt gonna touch that till november....car is defin drivable but defin just needs work , cause the guy who tried to fix it went halfway thru the job then backed out . and i think it says you live in pennsylvania, i wouldnt mind making a trip out there if you wanted , my dad lives out by phoenixville/pottstown.
