WTB 98 a4 instrument cluster, with connectors .
when i bought my 98 a4 2.8 quattro it came with an s4 instrument cluster but one of the connectors was actually cut off. Have no idea why but it was. so im just looking for a 98 a4 2.8 quattro instrument cluster with the connectors that come from the car. thanks any help is greatly appreciated.
the connector is cut because a 2000 cluster won't fit in a 98 without a good deal of work. I have a 98 cluster, but i need some more info from you
does your wiper stalk have buttons on the end of it with arrows on them
if you remove the cluster is there a center connector in there? it should be either small and black or big and red.

so this what the connectors look like, i believe the one you are talking about is the one that is cut off. That one is clearly the middle one. so i wouldnt know what color it was. On the cluster it has on now the middle one is a big gray one which doesnt match the black or red you had mentioned earlier so definitely cut for that reason. Let me know if you have a match, once again appreciate it.
