WTB: Turbo needed...1.8t AWM, K03s or KO4?
I Just bought my first Audi.
2001 A4 1.8t Quattro. Bought it for $600, pulled the motor, and lo and behold its just a burnt turbo...so I'm in the market for either a used K03s or a K04. We don't have much $$, so looking for the cheapest route for potential.
We might actually turn it into a rally car, so are considering more boost down the road, but not really looking to turn into a sledge hammer. Open to any suggestions, but don't want to spend more than $500 initially.
I'm new to this, so thanks ALL. Love this engine thus-far!
