Are they stock OEM rims just 18.5 and not 19.0's?

I am not trying to insult you, but you can get those exact wheels on eBay for $790 including shippingand the tires are only $596 on tiresavings.com with free shipping. So I can take that price and get my local Discount Tire to match the price of the tires. So with tax I can get a brand new set of wheels and tires, so what is your real price to ship them to Columbus OH ($1,000)? I would also consider trading you those wheels for my17 inch factory sport wheels and I pay you $500. Let me know what you think.
