You can get some 5mm spacers from Eibach for about $70 a pair and they come with the longer lug bolts you would need. I have the 18 inch version of that rim, but in all chrome.

 

To clear the S4 calipers, they need at least a 15mm spacer and that is more poke than I care for...

 

Tires are sold... $450 for rims w/o tires!
