I have these four extra wheels and tires that I got along with my car as the result of a sort of complicated deal the seller and I worked out. I know nothing about wheels/tires, and am hoping you guys can help me create my classified here by filling in the blanks. I took the following pictures, these are the guys I'm selling.. Sorry for the lack of info, I'm a total idiot when it comes to this stuff:

interested in these wheels? what size are they...17? how much you want for the set?

 

Also interested, how much do you want for them?

Unfortunately, I don't know much about these either so I can't help you there. But most people just post pics and a price as far as classifieds go.

i guess my problem is just that i don't know what they are worth--i want to sell @ a fair price. anyone know how I can check their value? Otherwise I guess i might have to eBay 'em.

 

I've been looking for an upgraded set of stock wheels recently (I have a 1997 A6 with stock 16 alloys and want to upgrade to a compatible 17" or 18" wheel from a newer Audi), and I've seen asking prices range from $400 to over a thousand for sets of wheels that are essentially identical to one another, no idea what some of them actually end up selling for though. So it doesn't look like there's a clear value on any particular type of stock wheel beyond the size/finish/year/rarity to $ ratios, just depends on what you'd be comfortable receiving in return. If you do a search of this site, I think you'll find a few similar sets that you could use as a basic reference.
