if the s4 shares supsension with normal V6 Audi A4 Quattro and is a B6 model then yes it will call me

nope sorry I do not. an A4 suspension will not work for you? I have found that Eibach makes different part numbers for coilover sets but they will fit more than one car since lots of Audi and VW cars share suspensions
