For sale:

Four (4) 16-inch Dunlop SP Sport 8000s. 205/55Z-R16. These are enough tread left on them for one summer, but not more than that. These were on the car when I bought it, so they've been driven for 2 seasons and one of the front tires has some outer edge wear...might have been underinflated at the track or something. The outer edge wear might be a problem for state inspections. I can get a pic of the uneven wear upon request.

HOWEVER...these handled amazing on the streets and track, rain or shine. The front 2 are about 1/32 above the wear bar, the rear two have a bit more. If you're looking for a cheap set of rubber to get you through the summer, or some tires to burn through for a track day, these will be perfect.

Make an offer...They are currently selling new on Tirerack for $105 each.

 

i might be interested..... i was going to be getting wheels too but this might be a little more cost effective idea since i just found out i'll be taking summer classes. Saw you're located in NY though, I'm in WA any idea what shipping costs would be?

So after having 3 people flake on me, I still have these. If you're looking for a cost-effective way to make it through this summer on something other than snow tires, you're looking at it. Great track tires to burn also. Lemme know...definitely selling for less than $100.
