These are the upgraded Meyle control arms for the front, drivers (left) side suspension on a B5 A4 Quattro 1.8t. These are better than OEM parts due to the Heavy Duty rating and engineering developed by a cooperative effort from Meyle & Lufthansa.
Other vehicles may use the same components, but I will leave that up to individual research.
I bought the kit for both sides and only used the right side components. The cost for the entire kit was $516.26+S/H from an online supplier so since I used half of the components I will let the rest go for $250, obo of course.
Don't hesitate to make an offer since these components are of no use to me at this point.
