+1, we're not dealing with kindergarten "finders keepers" type stuff here. If someone calls dibs for Xamount of money, then someone offers X and plus some...who do you think he's gonna sell to? i went through the same thing when i offered more $ after a guy called "dibs" and he got all high and mighty on me. although i do like how the two n00bs are fighting it out haha.
