i have an 05 8p A3 and i want to know how to reprogram the remote keys
can you help me?

Do a search on vwvortex. There are a couple VAG COM threads about it.

what so you can roll your windows up and down?

I think that is the only thing you can do. unless I'm wrong. anyone?

EDIT Selective locking also which I didnt do.

my remote doesn't open or lock doors, i have to put the key into the door to close my car

i don't have the vag com is there no other way?

Try installing a new battery in your remote.

Umm... So what exactly does your remote do? If it's broken, bring it to a dealer. We can't fix it...

With a VAG-COM interface, you could try doing "Basic Settings" for the appropriate Control Module. That should reset everything to the defaults.
