2.0L TFSI engine to be exact. Automatic transmission.

Anyone have tips on changing out the radiator? I think it's just the radiator but will find out tomorrow. Hope no hoses or any other components are also damaged.

I've seen general videos on radiator replacements and it looks pretty simple, but any thing I should know specifically about Audi's to make go smoother.

It appears you just remove those three screws on just outside the hood seal and maybe have to dismount some of the airbox inlet and other pieces to get at the radiator.

I've also looked into getting a total repair manual which run around $90. I'm sure that will have everything I need to know.

Suggestions?

 

Anyone? Someone has had to have done this work on an A3 or similar model with a 2.0L.

Does anyone have the Audi A3 repair manual for 2009 that they could send me the instructions for the radiator assembly/disassembly. It would save me $90 and I would really appreciate it.

 

If you plan on doing the work you should just get the manual. You also should get a VAG. Good luck on your journey!!
