Hey guys
wondering if anyone would be able to point me in the right direction.

i have a 2010 Audi A3. The boot isn’t opening. I have to open it using the emergency latch from the inside.

i replaced the locking mechanism in the boot but still not working.

there’s no sounds whatsoever coming from the boot when I push the button.

the key fob is also not opening it or making any sounds but it does flash red. The key fob is also not locking the car?

the back wiper/ brake lights, number plate lights all still functioning.

 

Have you checked the fuse related to the boot mechanism? It might be the cause.
