2010 Bluetooth Ringer Adjustment?
I've done a search, and apologies if this has been asked before (couldn't find anything after 2008): but I have hit my last nerve with the sound of the ringer when my cellphone rings, as well as the volume.
I know to adjust the volume on the steering wheel, but that doesn't help me when I have music volume on high. The dealer service agents all have said there is nothing that can be done, other than to only use the radio volume for the radio/ipod/cd and never use the steering wheel volume. But that doesn't help the SOUND of the ring, which is jarring. Is there an adjustment?

press "tel" and press "setup". Then press one of the corners that says "sound" -- you should be able to adjust there. maybe instead of sound, it just says "settings" -- or maybe it's just in "setup" -- but there is an option to change it in the MMI. I could do it in 5 seconds if I was there. Just look around in MMI, you'll find it.
No, there is no way to adjust this in "menu". Even the guys at the dealer couldn't help me. It's the most awful and jarring ring/sound you can imagine. I'm surprised that this hasn't been a big complaint from customers.
