I ordered a loaded 2011 A3 TDI and just received an email today from the dealer about Audi cancelling all 2011 A3's on order. They are now going to make them a 2012 Audi A3. Not really sure what this means, but I hope I am still getting a 4 door hatchback and not a small sedan.

 

We ordered our A3 black edition beginning of November last year. Originally due for delivery April, then got put back until mid may. Rang yesterday to check on progress and were told mid June now. Was told any a3 orders placed in the last 4-6 weeks will not be delivered until feb next year at the earliest!

 

Hello:

I have been looking at buying an A3 from dealer stock. Well, only one Quattro I can find 400 miles away. When does dealers get new model cars? For example, when did dealers get the 2011 A3s? Just want to have an idea on when will I see the 2012s. I am not interested in ordering one.
