I recently bought a 2011 Audi A3 TFSI. For the past month or two I’ve been trying to track down the misfires. I brought it to my good mechanic and they weren’t able to fix it so I brought it to an Audi specialist. I picked it up today and there was still a rough idle and it ran a little better than before but it still had issues.

Here is a list of everything replaced
Intake manifold
Intake valves were cleaned
PCV valve and main front hose. The hose going to the lower part of the engine wasn’t connected which I’ll be asking why that wasn’t.
spark plugs
coil packs

can anyone help me to find out why I’m still getting misfires?
