Hi All
My very first post -yippee.
Just wondering would anyone happen to know the location of the airbag module.
I have started tearing apart the center console and had a light shone into it but I cant see one...not sure where the module is located specifically? Anyone have any tips before I pull the whole car apart?

thanks everyone for the rush of replies...
If anyone wants to know its located right under the ac controls in the ash tray area..(mine doesnt have an ash tray but that area ) .
you need to remove the whole plastic center console then you will see it..
Here is a write up - follow it up to the center console is out then look for the module tucked away right at the back. Remove the 2 screws holding down the drivers side footwell carpet, ( 1 torx and one star headed screw) then hold back the carpet and and remove the 8mm nut holding in the pass through wiring harness going to the back of the car...once the wires are pushed to the side you will see the unit and will be able to work on it... There are 3 10mm nuts that hold it down, remove them and it will slide out through the drivers side with its wiring harnessed attached.
