That speedometer is in kph not mph. Without doing precise conversion, I would say he was doing ~ 130-140mph.

Just a guess, but I would say that car had a BT kit on it.

Yep, Big Turbo. There is no way dude got 380hp (at the crank or at the wheels)out of a 1.8 with just a chip and simple bolt ons.
