Hi MexA3-

Are you using Babelfish to translate from Spanish into English to make these posts? That could explain the translational confusion. If that's the case, no hard feelings. At the same time, stories about high school kids driving a current model year, high-end, powerful German vehicle very rarely have a happy or pleasant ending. You may consider older people in the forums as "haters" but they could potentially save your life. I ride a sportbike and I thank God everyday that I didn't have enough money to afford that fast motorcycle when I was a teenager...or I wouldn't be here to type this note. Good luck with everything.

No hate here, dude; just 40 years of experience with fast European cars and racing. Drivers who race on residential or public streets are dangerous idiots, especially teenagers. You think you know more and are a better driver than others; perhaps you are, but it won't help you when you're going too fast at the wrong time, in the wrong place.
Find a track that has open days, or a sanctioned Autocross. Learn how to drive a fast car properly, how to change it's handling, and how to make the car do what you want it to smoothly. That's the test of automotive manhood - not punking people down on the street, and then calling them losers.

ok first: that straigt is far away from being a residential zone.... and second: i think i can call someone loser if he passes me at 100 km/h at a bumpy mountain road and then teases me and lose..

and just to end... i dont reckless drive ok?? i had 3 small races in a straigth and thats all I DO care of my car and had consulted all those points before with EXPERIENCED and R-E-A-L race drivers...not saying youre not but I knew the risk of doing that in a public road (they also told me that it was bad to do that in a public road, when I talked to them) and tooked all the precautions I could altough I know it cant be 100% safety to do that.

So finally, I know its not sure to do that but you were all young some day and did that kind of stuff..and im pretty sure more peoplerace other cars i have read many posts in this forum abput races on street and way more dangerous than this one so dont come an give me a speech just cause im not an 50 year adult.I tooked precautions to the max and dont plan to do that very often cause I most of the time drive from slow-to normally so I really dont feel bad about your comments altough i know racing on streets isnt safe for me and for others

Hope you dont get this too personal but I feel that many of you are being agressive on this just because you hadnt things like that when you were younger...I earned the car in many ways so I feel proud to own it So its your choice

Just a hint, few kind words of advice.
1. cut it back to like a (one ) paragraph 4 to 5 lines.
2. correct english grammar. If your from a country other than the U.S. disregard item 2
3. Drive safe. What do they say about most accidents they happen close to home that straight away is 2 min. from your house hint hint.

C'mon I've seen your video where you are racing the A4 so you dont have many words to say about street safety... And I mean it in the goodway not trying to disrespect but what you did is the same I did. I also had read post of many A3 owners in this forum where they explain how they race somebody like the guy racing a mustang gt roush or the guy who got pulled over by the police for puttin the E-Brake on a turn... And im not saying anything against them I respect the way of driving of everyone But some of you are hitting me with those talks about safety and all that stuff just cuz I told I was young...So there is from youngpeople to 45 year old adultsthat had raced and did risky things in their cars on streetbut I noticed you are only screwing with me cuz im younger.

Hope I dont offend anyone with this comment but I dont feel that some of your post (to the one's who post em) are valid .

Hey, that's a bit better; I'm not trying to dis you, and I'm not jealous. When I was 17, I had an Alfa GTA done up like a Trans Am racer, and I just loved to humiliate 400hp American muscle cars on a twisty road. I've been lucky, worked hard, and hadfine cars most of my life - Ferraris, Porsches, BMW's, Maseratis. I was also lucky that an older guy introduced me to track and autocross driving at an early age.
Problem is, I've seen many people maimed or killed over the years in street racing accidents, frequently fueled by alcohol and bravado. Often those hurt are bystanders, or someoneinnocent and really unlucky at thewrong place and time. When I was19 or so, I decided that street racing was a loser's game.
If you're a true car and driving enthusiast, and you've got a bit of money,do it right. Go to a track or a driving school. Or get a shifter kart - I've got 2 of them, and I guarantee you'll have all the thrills you can handle and then some, plus you'll really learn how to drive.I'm also a PCA (Porsche Club) driving instructor, and there's nothing we old guys like better than teaching young guys and girls how to drive fast and safely - for free.
If someone challenges you, just tell him to bring it to the track next open weekend. If you've learned and he hasn't, you'll laugh your *** off. He'll be begging you to show him how you get through turns 6 and 7 2 seconds faster than he does, without squealing the tires or locking the brakes.

MexA3;
Por favor pare de usar la palabra "haters".
Que paso a ponerle atention a sus majores y ensenarle respecto para el consejo que ellos te estan dando. Esta es la rason porque piensas que ellos te tienen odios.
