I FINALLY got more than 400 on a tank of fuel. 440.7 to be exact! But when I filled up last night I must have been LOW. 14.7 gallons (thought we just had a 14.5 gallon tank?)
About 75-100of the miles on that tank were fun driving too. Twisties in the Ouichita Mts in western Arkansas on the drive home from Hot Springs to Okla City.

 

That's pretty impressive ~ 30 mpg. I average 360 miles till the light comes on, about 25 mpg - all urban/ suburban driving.
I'm in Tulsa; kinda surprising to see another Okie here. I don't think there are more than 15 A3's in the state, and two of them are mine.

 

A girl I know here has a silver s-line. I have also seen another silver one running around Edmond and a red one (driven by an old lady) driving around north okc. Those are the only other ones I have run across. I usually get about 360-380 on a tank, mixed c/h driving. Good to see another Okie!

 

depends on how you drive?? my v8 does 20mpg urban and 30/4mpg motorway but its not driven hard and revs approx 2.9rpm at 100mph so it little effort on the engine
