Hi guys, i am thinking of getting a 2007 Audi A3 2.0T .
However i think that it sounds crap, is there anyway i can make it sound more like a RS4? more of a Roaring engine? but not that loud noise that you can hear has been hectically touched.
Also, i was concidering the A3 3.2 Quattro, but apparently it drinks petrol hectically, what do you guys think? ( also like the 3.2 V6 sound )

 

hey mate. I've got one of these.. and i think it sounds good, a bit raspy and raw when you stick the boot up it. Hate to break it to you, but it will never sound like a RS4, the lack of a tuned V8 is your problem... BUT outfits like Miltek ARP and others will offer upgrade kits. Maybe even Flowmaster does something.. who knows.
PS - the 3.2 drinks the gas like water but it does sound nice.

 

There are numerous after market cat and turbo back exhausts available.I installed Stasis
(USA) pricey, but the sound is perfect. Good luck

But 'm driving the A4 DTM 2.0T and it sounds awyt, nothing special.
All the Youtube Vids 've seen with Miltek sound like those guys that buy old Mr. Been minis, and put pipes on em
