I think it would be close since his car is heavier and the Quattro suck up some power.

Just go and chip it and don't tell him. Watch the horror on his face as you pull straight away from him! LOL

This would be a interesting race because the A4 with Quattro is a lot heavier as Chef says. If you go by Audi USA brochures, the A3 2.0T does 0-60 MPH =6.7 sec's, while the A4 3.2 does 0-60 MPH also in 6.7 sec's! Both have speed kill switch set for 130 MPH roughly.
Now as Chef says this A4 driver would be shocked with performance of chipped A3 2.0T. BTW the A4 is still Tiptronic, the A3 is DSG.

Its basically a 2.0T vs 2.0T but Evoic is chipped running 100 octane APR File which is probably putting more power than the 3.2 could ever do.

Okay, you told about EVOIC's goodies, but not your own. EVO is also running a test pipe on a stock CAT-back and Carbonio CAI. Now A3Night is running the 93 APR program, APR TB exhaust and EVOMS CAI. Fairly evenly equipped engines, other than the bigger octane program on EVO's, but you can see what the heavier car and Quattro does to slowing down acceleration.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you were running the 93 program and not the 100 during that race?

Running 93 program with 100 octane. Sadly APR doesn't offer a stage II 100 octane program... yet

 

Richard, you shoulda showed him your video of your 0-60 in 5.8 seconds...... was that with or without your CAI?

 

So, how did EVO get around throwing a CEL with his test pipe if he doesn't have the stage II chip? Are you sure???
