Any difference between OEM ipod cable and aftermarket (like GROM) ?

Basically, I see this one for $65 and this one for almost $150... do they do the same thing? I assume these charge the ipod, send the sound, and let you change songs using the steering wheel? (I have read that you won't get song titles, I'll live!)
