Default APR Exhaust

So I ordered my 2006 A3 APR Stealth TB exhaust, back in early May, still no word on delivery time. Anyone else having this much delay in getting their kits?

Okay, not to rain on your parade, but I had my car up on jack stands tonight and noticed that my APR DP has broken the front mounts. If I remember correctly, A3Night complained of the same problem. I sent an email to both APR and Eurocode about the issue. Hopefully I can get the brackets replaced before they get any worse.

Quadric, notice how my DP is slightly misaligned. Let me know if yours is the same. I'm guessing that extra torque is what is causing the rubber mounts to break.

Cheers!

Hrmm, not something I want to think about How long have you had it installed now? How come your contacting Eurocode? Do you think the APR DP mashed together with the G2S exhaust might have something to do with it?

Eurocode installed the DP, so I thought they might be of help in getting me the replacement and installation. I've had the DP for about 8 months.

Just let me know how your DP lines up on Saturday. I'm interested whether it is only in my application, or if this is a production issue. Either way, you'll have such a big grin on your face this Saturday that it won't matter.

Cheers!

When you say alignment you mean yours is not in the middle of the 2 brackets right? I'll be taking some photos during the install (if MJM don't mind) and will post them on my flickr account.... It is something I have been waiting for since I ordered back in early May and with my birthday being next month its like an early present to myself (even though I should have had it a lot earlier )
