Can someone verify the lower ball joint torque specifications for a 2007 Audi A3 Quattro? The 3 bolts from the ball joint to the control arm.

The Audi A3 Quick Reference Specification Book (http://blogvager.files.wordpress.com...a3_qsb_web.pdf) states it is 60Nm, but if I try to torque to that spec, it strips the bolt and nut.

I have seen other forum posts that say 20Nm +90 degrees?

Does the suspension need to be under load?

Is the spec book incorrect?
