I'm wondering if some Audi expert can advise the best course of action to take regarding my stereo.

Having read online, I think I have the Concert II+ (although could be the III) in my Audi A3 2.0 Sportsback. It has bluetooth and ipod dock so I'm thinking it's more likely to be II+ or the III.

When I first bought the car a year or so ago, my ipod touch worked fine in the car. Having said that, my iPhone wouldn't work in the doc, something about 'Unsupported' came up on the face of the phone.

Anyway, I'm not sure what happened but all of a sudden for my iPod or iPhone, when connecting to the dock, nothing happens. There's no indication of the 'Unsupported' on my iPhone, or even any acknowledgement of connection with my iPod.

There's 2 scenarios that I've thought up in my head:

1) Something has broken - dock or part of stereo
2) Connection came undone - from dock to stereo?

Does anyone have suggestions about how to resolve this? Ideally, I don't want to take it to an Audi dealer as I'm expecting it would cost me an arm and a leg! Interested to hear your thoughts.
