Audi Concert Radio Connections

Audi Concert Radio Connections
We just got a new 2006 Audi A3 and I have a question about the Concert radio connections. I want to hook up my wife's IPod to play through the radio system. I do NOT want to use the IPod connections like Ice or the connection that Audi supports. What I hate about those types of connectors is that you loose all control of the IPod through the IPod dial. So, all I want to do it just hook up a connection to provide the equivalent of an AUX Input port which I can just plug in the IPod via the headphone connection. My Audi dealer was useless when I asked for their input!
My question is, does anyone have a picture of what kind of connections this concert radio has? More specifically, does the radio have any type of connector that can be turned into an auxiliary input?
Thanks.

RE: Audi Concert Radio Connections
well, connections such as ICE or the Audi one are pretty much your only options with the concert or any Audi factory stereo. the PIE VW/PC pod2 has had good reviews. it hooks up to the cd changer cable in the glovebox and still allows you to directly control the ipod. i've heard you may be able to still use the steering wheel controls too.
