I've actually had very good service from Rusnak in Pasadena.

 

And I from Pacific in Torrance. Although, I've only had the 5k mile service so far.

I've had a great experience with Beach House Imports in Costa Mesa.They are an independant service shop and don't do warranty work, but they are a lot chaeper and provide personalized service and they have all the factory tools.
