In my A3 i have the Audi Navigation System Plus build in which plays MP3's via CD or via the SD memory slots fitted behind the screen. All works great, but fastforwarding a song is almost as slow as listening to the whole damn things. It goes twice the speed maybe, but thats not exactly fast...

Is there a way around this? Or a new firmware update for this system?

I don't recall this being a problem in my A3. I had the same setup and was using the MP3 cards more frequently. I didn't fast forward that often, but the speed seemed perfectly adequate.

Slow down, enjoy the ride and music.
