I was wondering if you guys could answer some questions:

1. Did they offer TDI and Quattro together?
2. Did they offer 3.2 at all (haven't seen one in these years)?
3. Any particular problems with the 2.0T with Quattro? At what mileage?
4. Is the S-line package worth it? What does it entail for the A3?
5. Anyone put a bike rack on the roof?

I just bought an 2009 A3 quattro and from my one month searching i did test drive a 2009 3.2 so yes they did offer it. it seems for 2009 the definition of s line changed from previous years. Good articles below that might help.
