Creaking doors on 2004 A3
Hi all,
Now for the second problem on my A3. There is a creaking noise coming from both front doors when driving over rough road surfaces, pot holes, speed bumps and even pulling away. I took it to an independent VW/Audi specialist last week and the technician said it was probably the rubber door seals quoting £200 to replace them. However, when you wind the window down the sound dissapears, so how can it be the door seals? I first noticed the problem a couple of months ago and the problem seems to have got worse as the weather has got colder.
Can anyone help?
