When I accelerate at a quick speed my Emergency Brake light comes on and starts blinking.

Does anyone know why this is happening?
Iam guessing this is a problem.

Might sound stupid but, is the emergency handle totally down??

 

Are you sure its the emergency brake? Emergency brake would be (!) in red. ESP (stability control) is a yellow triangle with two tyre marks in it. It sounds as if this is kicking in when you accelerate hard and the system is cutting in to reduce wheel spin...
