Fog Light Lens

So, my fog light lenses are cloudy-- is it possible just to replace the lens or do I have to buy the entire assembly?

Nevermind

Popped the fog light out today and figured out you can't pop the lens off. But, gave me a chance to really examine it, and the interior mirror is going bad, so I'll just replace the pair.
