I've been away taking care of mom up in Portland after an eye surgery. She's doing great and of course taking care of her is first priority, but gosh! I missed my A3.

So mom has a 1999 Chevy Lumina. I had to drive it all over andfix the broken buttons, get an oil change, fix the burnt out brake lights... how surreal it was to goall these places and people not to know I had a nice new A3 sitting home in the garage.

And when I came home last night I went to get some milk. Must have taken me 20 minutes to go that1 mile up the street! heyhey... wow, this car is so smooth, comfortable,fast and agile....

It's good to be home.
