Default How can I speed up my A3 Sportback?

Hello guys,

I recently purchased a 1.6 A3 sportback SE. During the time I was waiting for delivery I was loaned a 2.0litre TDI which I really enjoyed driving. Now i'm back in a 1.6 I feel like im driving a tractor!

So the question is, what kind of upgrades are available for my car, and how much will I be looking to pay? I know I cant magically turn my car into a 2.0litre but any advice on what can make my car a bit nippier would be appreciated.

Thanks

You purchased the entry level 1.6 engine A3 which has a pretty slow 0-100 km/h speed (I think it is like 12-13 secs) , but is good at sustained highway driving. I think the universal answer is "Don't bother modding the 1.6 litre engine...It's not worth it..." instead save your money for your next car!
