I'm in West Los Angeles, and I'm sorry to say this area is very Audi saturated. So they aren't anything special here.
I see A3s everywhere. When I got mine, I may see one a day. But now I see them everywhere. I was at a red light the other day, there was my black in front, next to a white one in the next lane and two cars behind hers was another black one.
I also see them parked along the streets everywhere as well. So *sigh* they are not as unique as they once were - at least where I live.

In Taipei...probably see another A3 about once or twice a week. (I drive about 500km per week, so on the road a fair bit!) And oddly, almost all of them are the same colour as mine...go go go dolphin grey!
The A4 Avant is pretty popular here too...as is the A8. Strangely, I see about as many A8s as A3s...and quite the price difference between those cars!

Anyways, I live and commute between montgomery county and howard county MD alot but I rarely see any A3s around. That's why when I DO see one, it makes me want to wave and smile. =)
