Hi all looking to buy a tdi a3 s line around 06/07 but can't find the right one, I was originally after a 170 but they seem to hold their money better and not be as well specced or be a million miles away from me. I've found a perfect one now fairly close to me but it's only a 140 and it's putting me off. Is there really that much of a difference? I'm thinking if I do want more power I can always remap it? I only want it for an economical commuter to replace my 4x4 which is killing me on fuel but am I really going to miss the extra power? I've driven a 140 golf and it seemed to be nice and quick but I haven't driven a 170 yet are they worlds apart or not much?
